- Assist in qualitative and quantitative research including literature review, research design, tool design, analysis and discussion, and generation of recommendations;
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation studies;
- Assist in the coordination of field team;
- Conduct field research in the form of focus groups, interviews, case studies, observations, and surveys;
- Organize project files, data, and documents;
- Attend meetings with project partners;
- Take part in articles for publication.

● Bachelor’s degree in sociology, anthropology, urban studies, political science, economics, history, Middle Eastern studies, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus;
● 1-3 years of working experience in research and development sectors;
● 1-3 years of experience in one of the following: child protection, youth, livelihoods, social cohesion, or refugee communities and migration;
● Any additional experience in one of the following areas is advantageous: human rights, gender, entrepreneurship and innovation, environment, governance, food security, and economics;
● Previous knowledge of and experience working in Lebanon. Any experience in other MENA countries is a plus;
● Experience working with government ministries, international donor agencies, and INGOs a plus;
● Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills;
● Collaborative and constructive team member;
● Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment;
● Fluency in written and oral English and Arabic a must
