Under the supervision of the CRD’s Technical Unit, the incumbent will: 1) Coordinate programs and services, along with assisting in ongoing program development and measurable evaluations. 2) Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence. 3) Be a team player in the development of inter-team communication and cohesiveness, sustaining culture and supporting staff during organizational growth. 4) Contribute in writing educational/promotional literature and conducting outreach & education events/activities. 5) Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
