Under the supervision of the CRD’s Technical Unit, the incumbent will:
· Coordinate programs and services, along with assisting in ongoing program development and measurable evaluations.
· Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence.
· Be a team player in the development of inter-team communication and cohesiveness, sustaining culture and supporting staff during organizational growth.
· Contribute in writing educational/promotional literature and conducting outreach & education events/activities.
· Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
