Public Health Officer

Under the supervision of the CRD’s Technical Unit, the incumbent will:

Public Health Research Tasks:

• Coordinate programs and services, along with assisting in ongoing program development and measurable evaluations.
• Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence through active participation in the different components of the research process.
• Contribute in writing educational/promotional literature, proposals, articles and reports.
• Participate in the development of qualitative/quantitative tools and methodologies.
• Perform different data analyses techniques and develop data analyses plans.
• Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Field Coordination Tasks:

• Coordinate public health field operations by monitoring and assisting public health teams.
• Participate in the planning process of field activities.
• Lead and supervise fieldwork operations.  
• Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence through continuous monitoring and management of data from the field
• Organize and deliver training sessions for fieldworkers.
• Data entry whenever required.
• Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
