Under the supervision of the CRD’s Technical Unit, the incumbent will:
Public Health Research Tasks:
Coordinate programs and services, along with assisting in ongoing program development and measurable evaluations.
Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence through active participation in the different components of the research process.
Contribute in writing educational/promotional literature, proposals, articles and reports.
Participate in the development of qualitative/quantitative tools and methodologies.
Perform different data analyses techniques and develop data analyses plans.
Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Field Coordination Tasks:
Coordinate public health field operations by monitoring and assisting public health teams.
Participate in the planning process of field activities.
Lead and supervise fieldwork operations.
Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence through continuous monitoring and management of data from the field
Organize and deliver training sessions for fieldworkers.
Data entry whenever required.
Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

• Three to five years of relevant experience in the related public health field;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Excellent presentation and training skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analyses software (SPSS, STATA, …);
• Well-developed organizational and planning skills;
• Self-motivation and strong team spirit;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic –French is a plus.
