Under the supervision of the TRD’s Technical Unit, the incumbent will:* Coordinate programs and services, along with assisting in ongoing program development and measurable evaluations.* Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence.* Be a team player in the development of inter-team communication and cohesiveness, sustaining culture and supporting staff during organizational growth.* Contribute in writing educational/promotional literature and conducting outreach & education events/activities.* Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
