- Conduct and lead quantitative and qualitative research including research design, tool design, analysis and discussion, and generation of recommendations.
- Investigate, analyze, and interpret data using accepted quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.
- Recommend and develop quantitative and qualitative approaches for use in analyses.
- Prepare analysis plans and write detailed specifications for analysis files, consistency checks, tables, and figures.
- Provide clear written and verbal summary interpretations of analyses conducted.
- Oversees and support the work of the research project implementation team (junior researchers).
- Lead training on new projects and research tools with junior researchers.
- Assist in business development including conceptualization of new research studies, proposal writing, and strategic planning.
- Organize project files, data, and documents.
- Attend meetings with project partners.
- Strengthen team dynamics.
- Capacitate the research skills of the junior researchers.
- Contribute to reports write-up.
- Develop articles for publication.
- Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

● Experience working with government ministries, international donor agencies, and INGOs is a must;
● Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills;
