Researcher

Under the supervision of the CRD’s Technical Unit, the incumbent will:

• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and protocols.
• Develop methodologies that suit the program in hand with corresponding tools that ensure quality tracking of program output and outcomes.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative tools and provide support to field-based staff in their use.
• Train and manage program staff on developed tools.
• Supervise data collection and occasionally directly collects data from a diverse array of settings.
• Perform analysis of qualitative/quantitative data using different analysis techniques.
• Provide clear written and verbal summary interpretations of analyses conducted.
• Determine proper methodology and evaluation processes for planned research projects.
• Manage projects efficiently and effectively within guidelines of company and department standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to publications and reports including drafting methods and results sections as well as providing appropriate tables and figures.
• Interact effectively and collegially with all employees, fostering a supportive and cross departmental working environment.
• Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
