Background:
Under the scope of LTA's ARK EPATL SMALL GRANTS funded project on "Transparency in the Power Sector”. This project aims to facilitate the advocacy for a transparent power sector and to provide the Lebanese general public with reliable and up to date data.
The project will contribute to building a collective evidence-based effort to fight corruption in the power sector. By adopting transparent measures and having an aware and engaged citizenry to monitor and render stakeholders accountable, Lebanon can efficiently advance in its much-needed sectoral reform towards an accountable and integrity based public sector.
The training consists of BUILDING CAPACITIES OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AND EARLY CAREER EXPERTS IN GOVERNANCE on THE IMPORTANCE OF TRANSPARENCY IN THE POWER SECTOR.
The trainer is requested to:
1. Design and development of training content and materials;
2. Drafting a training report;
3. Implementing interactive training Deliver 2 days of training
4. Conduct an evaluation of the training, assess objective achievements and document lesson learned this is related to the training report
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Political Science, economics, law or related field
- Previous experience in training on Power sector and public policy
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in providing training and consulting services in the field of Governance .
- Ability to provide value-added insight to the project theme
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding presentation skills
