Description of Tri-pulley:

Role Description: 

Develop marketing strategies to promote Tri-pulley’s revenue generating activities and monitor their implementation and impact.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to understand needs, requirements and competition

- Recommend ideas for revenue generating activities based on the research conducted

- Create a marketing plan that can be implemented by Tri-pulley and that includes database of targeted clients, suitable marketing approaches and channels and set metrics to assess impact

- Cascade the strategy and plan to team and train them on approach to be used with prospective clients

- Organize advertising/communication campaigns that will reach targeted audiences effectively and efficiently using different mediums, ensuring they are in line with Tri-pulley’s model and budget

- Coordinate closely with the social media team to enhance the existing online presence (website/ platforms) and provide relevant training where needed

- Develop and write material that can be continuously updated and shared with prospective clients

- Monitor progress using various metrics and submit reports of performance

Requirements and Job Conditions:

- Proven experience of 2-3 years in marketing strategy development and implementation

- Good understanding of market research techniques 

- Thorough knowledge of marketing best practices 

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Creativity and commercial awareness

- Part-time, 8 month-agreement

- Office work during induction period and strategy development then will move to remote work with meetings when needed
