About the project

The project focuses on the creative industry businesses that want to start or improve their creative products and want to have access to people who can be potential customers. This project will be bridging the gap between those businesses and potential buyers through a marketplace e-commerce website. The website should be user-friendly, quick to learn, and reliable to match all shops' and visitors' experiences.

Responsibilities

- Deploy and Configure WordPress/WooCommerce e-shop. (Suggestions are very welcomed)

- Install or customize specific features based on the product manager input.

- Help to choose and install a convenable theme.

- Add marketplace features to WooCommerce.

- Configure and manage any needed settings, data, or configuration.

- Provide continuous support and Maintenace.

- Coordinate and plan with TEC's technical officer on the work plan, deliverables, requirements, and technical issues.

Qualifications

- 2+ years' Experience in WordPress and WooCommerce.

- Demonstrated Experience in plugins such Dokan, product vendor....

- Demonstrated Experience in themes customizations and best practices.

- Ecommerce portfolio is a plus.

- Communication Skills.

- Accountability

Works Directly with Program Advisor and Technical officer.

Working Conditions

Can work remotely or from TEC's office (Based in Tripoli, Lebanon ) but we might have some physical meetings.

- This position will suit a cutting-edge person who can be proactive, and who has advanced analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude.  

- The successful candidate should have the ability to interact effectively with different and diverse personnel and be capable of operating in an "Agile" environment and prominent levels of uncertainty.  

- Expertise with/ Knowledge of programming/Scripting languages is invaluable.

- Maintaining strong cooperative relationships with related partners and consultants is crucial for the success of this role.
