Under the direct supervision of Programme Officer (Social Assistance) the UN Volunteer will undertake the following tasks:
• Supporting on data cleaning of databases/MIS of cash assistance programmes
• Complaint resolution through social media and partners
• Card distribution support with UN partners
• Support with support to the cash call centre to monitor inbound and outbound operations.
