UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new bid # LRPS-2022-9173705 Mapping of the drugs purchasing system for the public sector in Lebanon as per attached ToR.
This tender is open for local and international service providers.
This tender was extended till 13 April 2022.
Please find below response to queries:
- We have required an experienced team with proficiency in the English language only. Are we eligible to bid? YES, If needed, we can hire an Arabic translator for smooth communication during the project cycle. Preferable
- Please confirm whether the consultant can perform the development activities remotely from their premises or not? A hybrid approach will be fine, the institution needs to be present here to understand the context and conduct stake holder meetings

Proposals must be received by latest 12:00 hours (Beirut time) on 30.03.2022 and will be opened at 12:30 hours (Beirut time) on the same day. Request for Proposal for Services received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
Proposals provided electronically must be sent ONLY to lebtender@unicef.org.
Proposals sent by email to lebtender@unicef.org must be sent in two separate emails: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.
- Email for technical proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: RFPS number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal. The technical proposal does not contain prices.
-Email for price proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: RFPS number- name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.
