- 4.5 million people, including 2.6 million children, received essential services, nearly 99 per cent of whom live in areas facing extreme or high levels of humanitarian needs.
- 61,066 Grade 9 and 12 students sat for national exams in their own communities in Al Hasakeh, Deir-ez-Zor, and Ar-Raqqa for the first time in a decade, easing financial burdens and reducing protection risks associated with long-distance travel, following sustained advocacy by UNICEF and education sector partners.
