Business Central Coordinator - Institutions Management

  • Working alongside the Coordination team. He/She leads on the development of the strategy and positioning for the Institutions Management, proposing innovative and sustainable approaches.
  • Represents the association to partners, authorities, and local stakeholders involved in implementing projects. Ensures the active participation of URDA in national sectorial working groups, forums, and meetings.
  • Support field staff and provides guidance in technical aspects of project implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
  • Be responsible for the overall effective and efficient technical management of project implementation in Lebanon with the project management cycle, project objectives, activities, and indicators.
  • Co-Managing and operating all businesses ran by the department.
  • Provide new businesses technical and financial study / Business Development.
  • Help in businesses outreach and marketing.
  • Assessing the geographical, demographical, and economical situations of the areas operating in.
  • Making sure that all targets and goals are met in area of implementation.
  • Following up on the project(s) implementation in areas of business.
  • Media Verification.
  • Conduct field visits depending on the follow-up and implementation needed.
  • Coordination and Communication with the target audience and the management.
  • Ensure proper follow up on all actions related to the projects.
  • Report to the Head of Department the actions and plans needed for final approval.
  • Assuming administrative and reporting responsibilities. 
  • Translating the values and culture of the organization. Ensuring that the ethical and professional standards of care and practice are met
  • Undertaking any other task that the management of the organization finds appropriate and in line with this job description
  • Support occasionally/upon necessity in other projects, administrative, and secretarial functions
  • Supervise technical quality of the work/project(s) implementation
  • Work occasionally on weekends and/or afternoons/evenings to attend meetings, events or to organize activities related to the project(s).
