Communication Specialist

• Design and layout of essential materials. (business cards, presentations)
• Create info graphics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data.
• Edit video clips for use on social media platforms.
• 2D / 3D animation.
• Optimize graphics and video content for media platforms.
• Maintain organized content files and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files.
• Discussing design and layout ideas with the editor and other colleagues.
• Create, produce, and manage high-quality content.
• Build relationship with clients and establish collaboration with other team members
• Supervise layout of images, graphics, videos and other artwork.
• Regularly check and track content.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team with professionals such as web developer, social media executives and photographers to improve content strategy.
• Produce and present reports.
• Keep abreast with new trends in software technology.
• Design the contents of publications based on the institution’s publication's style, editorial policy, and publishing specifications.
• Promote adherence to publication standards and goals.
• Evaluate and approve design proofs submitted by the media director prior to publication production.
