Maintenance Technician

• Responds quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols.
• Conduct maintenance of electrical systems.
• Conduct maintenance to other headquarter installed systems.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and support installation of ventilation, air conditioning and other systems.
• Conduct general repairs when necessary.
• Aid in budget development and ensure it is followed.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed.
