- Undertake still and video photography, image processing, video and audio editing requested by the Media department.
- Be able to manage own time to complete the following in a timely fashion: daily uploads, video editing, filming events, taking pictures, creating an end-of-the-week highlight slide show/video.
- Capture pictures that URDA can use for marketing, as per the Programs Director and Co-Director instructions.
- Creatively produce a high-quality weekly highlight slide show/video, for online publication, and presentation at each session.
- The weekly highlight video will consist of various video clips and photographs from the session, edited together, over music, including shots.
- Coordinate with the Communications & Media Director.
- Follow up on program changes, make sure appropriate events are being filmed, and pictures are taken when needed.
- Complete any other tasks assigned - related to program, staff, or sector needs
- Collaborate with other Volunteering photographers while insuring proper and clear direction is provided.
- Manage and or undertake video and photographic assignments from concept to completion in a cost effective and professional manner
