  • Market different projects from sectors and identify fundraising strategies that benefit and complement the mission and vision of URDA.
  • Supervising and participating in developing clear plans for program implementation, including defining activities and a schedule for their implementation.
  • Adjust spending in program budgets in coordination with sector managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate ongoing programs and activities.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of narrative and financial reports sent to donors.
  • Directing the Monitoring and Evaluation Department in evaluating projects and submitting the necessary reports to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of projects.
  • Ensure the implementation of quality policies in the implementation of projects and submit reports to the concerned authorities.
  • Develop solutions to problems that may appear during implementation in sector projects.
  • Holding periodic meetings with sector managers to follow up on the status of projects.
  • Sending periodic reports to the Marketing and Financial Resources Development Department on any developments related to the implementation of projects..
