- Archiving documents/files, and tracking emails
- Coordinating events, meetings of partners, and all needed logistics
- Assist in coordinating everything related to delegations by ensuring all needs (accommodation, food, transportation, visit program ...).
- Follow-up reports deadlines
- Updating the program director regarding the progress of the project
- Assist in developing project proposals and concept notes
- Translate documents, as appropriate.
- Assists in holding meetings of consultants and ensures that consultants receive the required information before the mission ;
- Support the process of planning, development, and implementation of the project
- Assist in the development of MEAL plans for the project
- Assist in the narrative, financial reporting of the project
- Attend meetings as requested to record minutes
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries related to the project
- Report to the Project Coordinator daily the targets reached, activities progress, obstacles, gaps, needs, complaints, etc
