The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Beirut Branch Office and Zahle Sub-office, Lebanon invites qualified bidders to make a firm offer for the sale of Used ICT Items as described in the attached Invitation to Auction.
Please carefully read the attached documents for all the details related to this auction.
The following annexes form integral part of the AUC:
This document, ‘Instructions to Bidders’;
Annex A: Auction BOQ;
Annex B: Financial Offer Form;
Annex C: Bidder’s Acknowledgment Form.
We would appreciate receiving your offer on or before 28 April 2025, 16:00 Hrs (Lebanon local time)
A site visit will be conducted for bidders to check the materials prior to bidding between 14 and 17 April 2025 at 11:00 hrs as follows:
- Lot1-Lot54: UNHCR Beirut Branch office, S&K Bldg., Nicolas Ibrahim Sursock St, Jnah – Beirut, Lebanon.
- Lot55-Lot70: UNHCR Zahle Sub-office, Mouallaka Aradi, Facing Kayssar Ata Ice Cream shop, Zahle - Baalbek highway, Lebanon.
Bids should be submitted by a sealed envelope along with all annexes, to the same address mentioned above.
Deadline: 28 April 2025 – 16:00 hrs. (Lebanon Local Time) or earlier.
