The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Beirut invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, programming and commissioning of audio and video conference equipment for two conference rooms in UNHCR office in Beirut, Lebanon.
As per technical specification, the work is divided into two parts:
Part A: Expansion for an existing Audio/Video system in one Conference Room.
Part B: Installation of new Audio/Video system in second Conference Room.
Offers can be submitted for both parts (A) and (B) or either one of them. Incomplete offer per part will not be accepted.

Sealed bids are to be addressed to the Secretary of the Local Contracts Committee (LCC), UNHCR Representation in Lebanon, S&K building, Nicolas Ibrahim Sursock Str, P.O.Box 11-7332, Jnah, Beirut, and submitted into the Tender Box located at the reception hall on or before the closing date and time 17 DECEMBER 2019 – 12:00 noon hrs Beirut local time or earlier.
Offers submitted after the closing deadline will not be considered.
