REQUIREMENTS
Find attached in Annex A (Terms of Reference) more information about the services required. Key requirements include:
- Provision of regular A & B type maintenance.
- Supply and installation of Certified Armoured Glass by AV-supplier certified technicians.
- Supply of genuine certified armoured spare parts.
- Heavy bodywork, welding, and repair of armoured capsules.
- 24/7 recovery and towing services within Lebanon.

How to Apply
Interested suppliers should send the required qualification documents in PDF format and proceed with their registration on the UNHCR Supplier Portal, if not yet registered, by no later than 17 April 2026 – 23:59 hrs Beirut Local Time.
UNHCR will evaluate expressions of interest based on the submitted documents and will only invite those Suppliers which UNHCR considers capable to meet UNHCR’s requirement to make an offer. UNHCR may visit the offices/premises of the Suppliers submitting their expression of interest as part of its activity to pre-qualify suppliers.
