The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Country Office Lebanon, invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the provision of Data Collection, Data Analysis and Reporting Technical Assistance to UNHCR Lebanon.
UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with aninitial duration of one (1) year, potentially extendable for a further two (2) durations , one (1) year each, upon satisfactory performance and operational needs.
The successful bidders will be required to maintain their quoted prices for the duration of the Frame Agreement(s).

Bidders are required to submit any request for clarification or any questions in respect of this RFP via the messaging function on Cloud ERP. The deadline for receipt of questions is 23:59 hrs Beirut Local Time on 4 September 2025. Bidders are requested to keep all questions concise.
UNHCR will reply to the questions received as soon as possible via the messaging function on Cloud ERP.
