The following documents should be submitted with your offer:

  • Registration certificate with Lebanese government;
  • Confirmation on the Year your company was founded/established;
  • Financial offer as per Annex A;
  • Duly completed, signed, stamped and dated vendor registration form (Annex B) unless you are already registered with UNHCR in which case you must state your vendor ID number.
