Administrative Assistant - Beirut, Lebanon – MSA035

Collect, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail as well as compose and send correspondence pertaining to the LCRP portfolio.

Keep proper archive (hard and soft copies) of all incoming and outgoing mail 

Maintain a proper archive of all relevant LCRP documents

Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to MoSA policies

Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls and queries as well as responding to emails

Draft, format, scan, and print relevant documents

Schedule travel arrangements (local or international) for the MoSA LCRP team members 

Arrange meetings and events by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments

Ensure internal staff reporting compliance.

Compile, archive, and disseminate to the proper personnel the monthly reports of all LCRP staff

Maintain a contact directory of all LCRP stakeholders

Keep personnel records up to date and support staff recruitment exercises, when applicable. 

Provide administrative support for the operations team.

Submit a monthly report to the General Supervisor.

Perform other tasks requested by the General Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, human resources, or any related field.
2+ years of experience in related fields of work.
Experience in government or public institutions is desirable.
Capacity in organizing information efficiently and synthetically.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Ability to cope and work under pressure.
