Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Collect, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail as well as compose and send correspondence pertaining to the LCRP portfolio.
- Keep proper archive (hard and soft copies) of all incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a proper archive of all relevant LCRP documents
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to MoSA policies
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls and queries as well as responding to emails
- Draft, format, scan, and print relevant documents
- Schedule travel arrangements (local or international) for the MoSA LCRP team members
- Arrange meetings and events by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Ensure internal staff reporting compliance.
- Compile, archive, and disseminate to the proper personnel the monthly reports of all LCRP staff
- Maintain a contact directory of all LCRP stakeholders
- Keep personnel records up to date and support staff recruitment exercises, when applicable.
- Provide administrative support for the operations team.
- Submit a monthly report to the General Supervisor.
- Perform other tasks requested by the General Supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, human resources, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in related fields of work.
- Experience in government or public institutions is desirable.
- Capacity in organizing information efficiently and synthetically.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to cope and work under pressure.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, conscientious, professional, devoted, honest, and discreet.
- Excellent intercultural, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Respect of Confidentiality.
