Data Management Assistant - G4 - (Reg013 - Mount Lebanon)

Accountability the efficient and effective administration and management of UNHCR standard databases providing credible and consistent data analysis the delivery of predictable and reliable services to all users   Responsibility Generate timely and accurate reports for monitoring and management purposes Act as a database administrator for proGres inLebanon Assist in maintaining the SQL server and update the software as required Coordinate with the DAG (Data Analysis Group) for the technical maintenance of RAIS Provide first line user support to all proGres and RAIS users at UNHCR and partner offices Conduct technical user trainings for UNHCR and partner staff on both proGres and RAIS Design standard reports for performance monitoring, process tracking, statistical reporting, planning projections, etc. Consult with DAG on regional standards for reporting and ensure the alignment ofLebanonreports with these standards Maintain a catalogue of all reports developed by theBeirutoffice and provide a regular update to the DAG on these Contribute to the development of regional reporting requirements, developed by the DAG Perform any other tasks as required
