Data Management Assistant - Reg082 - G4 - Tyr (Unops - Affiliated Workforce)

Staff member is responsible for: • Generate timely and accurate reports for monitoring and management purposes• Act as a database administrator for proGres in Lebanon• Assist in maintaining the SQL server and update the software as required• Coordinate with the DAG (Data Analysis Group) for the technical maintenance of RAIS• Provide first line user support to all proGres and RAIS users at UNHCR and partner offices• Conduct technical user trainings for UNHCR and partner staff on both proGres and RAIS• Design standard reports for performance monitoring, process tracking, statistical reporting,planning projections, etc.• Consult with DAG on regional standards for reporting and ensure the alignment of Lebanonreports with these standards• Maintain a catalogue of all reports developed by the Beirut office and provide a regular update tothe DAG on these• Contribute to the development of regional reporting requirements, developed by the DAG• Perform any other tasks assigned to him or her
