      1. Drives office vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel and delivery and collection of mail, documents and other items 2. Assist all units with distributing their courier and notifying them with the requested information related to governmental and non-governmental organizations, embassies and third parties throughout the year. 3. Helping staff members and official visitors with airport pick-up/drop and other governmental formalities such as customs clearance, visas, residency permits, etc.. 4. Responsible fot he day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checks oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc 5. Performs minor repairs and arranges for other and ensures that the vehicle is kept clean and in a good shape 6. Logs official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil change greasing, etc… 7. Ensures that the steps required by rules and regulations are taken in case of invilvmenet in accident 8. Ensuring that all the team is always up-to-date in terms of addresses, locations and papers requested for visas and any governmental formality. 9. Perfoms other dutites as required
