Accountability(key results that will be achieved) The country operation has adequate services and supplies to deliver its operations from staff to visitors and officials.Responsibility(process and functions undertaken to achieve results) Drives office vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel and delivery and collection of mail, documents and other items Assist all units with distributing their courier and notifying them with the requested information related to governmental and non-governmental organizations, embassies and third parties throughout the year. Helping staff members and official visitors with airport pick-up/drop and other governmental formalities such as customs clearance, visas, residency permits Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, checks oil, water, battery, brakes, tires Performs minor repairs and arranges for other and ensures that the vehicle is kept clean and in a good shape Logs official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil change greasing, etc… Ensures that the steps required by rules and regulations are taken in case of involvement in accident Ensuring that all the team is always up-to-date in terms of addresses, locations and papers requested for visas and any governmental formality. Preforms other duties as requiredAuthority(decisions made in executing responsibilities and to achieve results) Represent UNHCR externally on matters related to the work of Administration and office of the Representative Responsible for taking decisions related to the transportation of staff and officials while respecting the prevailing security situation in the country Negotiate with concerned government offices on issues related to the different diplomatic practices in the country involving adequate exchange of information

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED. Define the educational background, the relevant job experience and the language(s) that are essential to perform the work of the position.
 Secondary education;
 Minimum 1 year of previous job experience relevant to the function;
 Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic. French or English Desirable.
 Mechanical and electrical skills;
 Valid driving license;
 Free Accident Driving record obtained from previous employer.
