- Assist and ensure local compliance with UNHCR’s Human resources policies including medical issues, performance evaluation, as well as attendance of staff; - Coordinate and assist with the recruitment, assignment and separation of all staff in accordance with the UNHCR rules and regulations as well as those on affiliate workforce; - Comply with UNHCR's rules and regulations for international professional assignments; - Performs personnel work including processing of entitlement, issuance of contracts and maintenance of personnel records and files; - Drafts correspondence related to personnel matters and brief local and international staff of their rights, entitlements and responsibilities; - Assist in preparing/updating the attendance reports & records for all staff members. - Arrange for seminars and workshops taking place inside the UNHCR office or in a different venue; - Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by the supervisor and/or senior management in order to meet the level of services in the organization;
