Internship - Legal Unit (Unpaid)

Provide counselling to asylum seekers and refugees on legal  issues Coordinate with IP in order to assist asylum seekers and refugees in obtaining residence, work permit or other legal document Provide follow-up on court cases of refugees and asylum seekers. Liaise with the lawyers Update the office on any legal development which has an impact on refugees and asylum seekers Assist the office in its advocacy efforts to amend the 1962 Law Regulating the Entry and Stay of Foreigners inLebanonand their Exit from the Country contribute to the preparation of  monthly situation report Legal research on specific topics. Data Entry Undertake other duties as required.
