1. Collects and delivers mail, pouches and other communications from and to the post office, government agencies and other institutions;
2. Sorts, delivers and picks up mail from various offices on the premises at regular intervals. Keeps records as required;
3. Packs material received for dispatch, affixes labels, inserts material in envelopes and franks outgoing mail;
4. Operates photocopying and duplicating machines;
5. Keep record of stationaries, ink/cartridge and ICT equipment well organized and logs updated in the storage/basement;
6. Assist staff in moving, installing or replacing office furniture and equipment;
7. Assist with the running and maintenance of office utilities and office automation equipment;
8. Liaise with independent contractors upon receiving office furniture/equipment and verification of the quantities of items upon delivery;
9. Performs other duties as required.
