Telephone Interviewer (Public Health Unit) - Service Contract - Hr308

Accountability (key results that will be achieved) Health access and utilization survey 2 or 3 times a year. In each cycle, interviewers are expected to produce high quality interviews with refugee households over the phone for at least 6 days. All interviews will conducted as per strict protocol Responsibility (process and functions undertaken to achieve results)Under the guidance of the Public Health Officer, the interviewer will perform the following tasks: Conduct the telephone interviews based on a standardized interview questionnaire for 7-10 days a month in July, December 2014 and May 2015. Enter the data directly to the database system during interviews Authority (decisions made in executing responsibilities and to achieve results) In each survey, interviewers will be supervised by a survey coordinator Their authority will be clearly defined with a survey specific protocol and all are expected to work within the protocol to make decisions In line with survey protocol, interviewers will be responsible for making decisions on key aspects of the process including (but not limited) replacement households

 Language requirements: Fluent in English and Arabic
 Must be at least 20 years old with some research experience
 Preferably student in public health
 Good computer skills including understanding of data systems
