•Under the guidance of the Cash for Work project team and senior area staff, support the
implementation of various CfW project components—such as sanitation, maintenance, youth, and
digital activities—in the designated area. Responsibilities include organizing outreach events,
conducting induction sessions and surveys, managing stakeholder expectations, issuing service
agreements, maintaining CfW rosters, registering candidates in the system, verifying attendance
records, and preparing payment requests.
•Regularly carry out field visits and monitor CfW projects at camps and UNRWA facilities within the
assigned area in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and report progress or
any deviations to the CfW project team.
•Draft success stories to highlight the project's impact.
•Report any project-related incidents or issues to the project team and senior area staff immediately in
writing, and follow up on these matters in coordination with the CfW team until resolved.
•Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support related to the project.
•Assist in monitoring project budgets to ensure consistency with the financial plan and compliance
with reporting requirements.
•Maintain and regularly update project documentation and records on the corporate drive, ensuring
accuracy and completeness.
•Carry out additional tasks as prioritized and assigned by the CfW Project Officers and Project
Manager.
