Is responsible for providing dental care services to registered refugees in the location to which s/he is assigned including dental surgery and dental x-rays;
Undertakes periodic oral examination of school children (new entrants and seventh grade students) and provides preventive management as required, including pit fissure sealant application;
Undertakes oral examination of pregnant women and non-communicable disease (NCD) patients;
Shares in the evaluation of the oral health programme in the location to which assigned, including collection of data through surveys and other means;
Ensures that all requirements for dental care, such as supplies, instruments and equipment are properly maintained;
Promotes oral hygiene and participates in dissemination of proper information;
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
