Formulates the yearly acquisition plans for spare parts including MT equipment, conducts cycle reviews of the plans and raises all relevant Purchase Requisitions;
Checks receipt of MT spare parts, prepares appropriate supply documentation; updates the Agency systems (SAP and Fleet Wave) with receiving, issuing and invoicing vouchers, and maintains physical records of all relevant documentation, including job cards;
Coordinates with Stock and Material Inspection Officers for the Quality Assurance of all MT related material and equipment delivered from suppliers;
Issues all MT spare parts as required by the Vehicle Maintenance Officer ensuring the correct documentation is prepared and available; updates Fleet Wave database and issues the relevant Sales Orders;
Ensures that all spare parts, tyres, tubes and other MT accessories issued for each vehicle are recorded on the Job Cards and uploaded in Fleet Wave system;
Organizes, classifies and maintains filing system for daily stores issue, receipt sheets, tyre master cards and other relevant documentations;
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
