Hr Officer Movements & Records,

Checks and signs, as authorized, Personnel Action Forms, and other forms, documents and
correspondences related to the Movements & Records Section;
Manages the Movements & Records Section; provides supervision, coaching, guidance and
technical training to the staff assigned to the Section and allocates work as appropriate;
Coordinates the preparation and maintenance of HR records and files, and follows up on the
system of local and management requests for post actions (RPAs);
Manages the appointment records of new staff, including specialized teachers, temporary
assistants, and other temporary staff such as casual laborers and those appointed against
Limited Duration Contracts;
Supervises the preparation of statistical and other reports related to the functions of the
Section and maintains/updates such information regularly;
Manages actions related to staff retirements and separations;
Relieves the Human Resources Officer (Entitlements) during his/her absence;
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
