Mechanical/Electrical Technician

Maintains and repairs the central air conditioning and heating systems in LFO Compound;
Repairs the electrical installations and ensures the operation of the stand-by power systems in
LFO Compound;
Prepares tender documents, analysis, recommends contractors, for maintenance of equipments
such as chiller, generators, lifts, etc.;
Prepares bills of materials for spare parts needed for all systems;
Checks the safety of installed equipment against possible fire and damages;
Operates and controls the systems according to the regulations;
Checks and registers all major equipment and keeps record of repairs carried out;
Supervises the Senior Handyman;
Performs such other duties as may be assigned
