Is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the water pumping machinery whether run by diesel electric generators or by electric power, to ensure a regular supply of water to the camp of assignment, and record daily hours of operation.
Checks and operates the chlorinator attached to the water plant (in Syria, Jordan and Lebanon).
Monitors the voltage and ampere meters installed at the pumping station.
Maintains general cleanliness of the generators, pumps and other related accessories.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
