Provide day-to-day administrative and logistics support required for the successful implementation of project activities. Support in the procurement matters (services and goods), maintaining and updating records, including procurement offers and requests, distribution lists, etc., following up with timely and accurate manner, in compliance with the Agency and Donor regulatory framework. Support in managing and organizing everyday office work, including establishing a proper filing system and maintaining files , databases and documentation in good order. Performing general office support services for the project, including a variety of clerical duties such as meeting, seminar and event organization, travel arrangements, reservations, and/or processing administrative requests/documents. Performing other related tasks as required
