Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress in coordination with relevant Relief and Social Services and Education staff. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources and third parties (eg, consultants, vendors, government counterparts, community leaders) for the flawless execution of project Ensure that project activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.  Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Establish work plan for each phase of project, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel where requested. Confer with project staff to outline the work plan  . Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Review status reports prepared by project personnel and propose modifications of  schedules or plans as required. Coordinate and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs as agreed  by the involved Departments. Report regular consolidated progress reports (narrative and financial) and requested ad-hoc reports including for donors, and  raise issues to CFRSSP  as needed. Coordinate with RSSP and Education for the receipt of narrative progress reports on the respective components. Establish and successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders including RSS, Education, Donor Relations Unit, Human Resources and Finance. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure lessons learned are captured and documented. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
