Trade Instructor – Cosmetics & Beauty Culture

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES   In accordance with established Agency policy and procedures, the incumbent:   (A)        Organizing, developing and implementing the subject of specialization.   (B)        Developing the competencies and skills of trainees in workshop practice and safety precautions through:   Explaining cosmetic products and their proper use on the skin and face. Performing beauty procedures and aesthetic services properly including makeup applications and skin care Implementing basics of nail caring Washing, Combing, styling and ornamenting the hair Maintaining good relation with clients   (C)        Preparing bills of quantities and specifications for the needed materials and tools.   (D)        Maintaining records, document actions and present written progress reports.   (E)        Providing trade theory and trade talk related to the specialization.   (F)        Maintaining discipline and keeping inventory records of different supplies.   (G)        Performs other duties when required.
