Human Resources Manager

Tasks and Duties:

  • Plans and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents
  • Links USPEaK's management with its employees
  • Plans and oversee employee benefit programs and working days
  • Serves as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Oversees USPEaK’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • Prepares job offers and salary scales
  • Prepares capacity building plan for staff and contractual
  • Trains employees on relevant policies
  • Prepares the NSSF Documents
  • Follows up on disciplinary action request and notice letter, conducts investigation and suggests corrective actions.
  • Surveys employees satisfaction twice a year and suggests actions to the board
  • Improve USPEaK's Policies and SOPs
  • Ensures compliance with Lebanese labor law and international regulations
