Tasks and Duties:
- Plans and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents
- Links USPEaK's management with its employees
- Plans and oversee employee benefit programs and working days
- Serves as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
- Oversees USPEaK’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Prepares job offers and salary scales
- Prepares capacity building plan for staff and contractual
- Trains employees on relevant policies
- Prepares the NSSF Documents
- Follows up on disciplinary action request and notice letter, conducts investigation and suggests corrective actions.
- Surveys employees satisfaction twice a year and suggests actions to the board
- Improve USPEaK's Policies and SOPs
- Ensures compliance with Lebanese labor law and international regulations
