PSS Trainer in Education

The facilitator is responsible for the following tasks:

• Deliver regular psychosocial support activities remotely or physically (structured recreational activities, focused PSS) to vulnerable children attending retention education activities, including materials preparation beforehand;
• Ensure that all recreational and PSS activities are in line with USPEaK, TDH IT and Child Protection minimum standards;
• Ensure that the beneficiaries are all involved in the activity and that there is possibility for boys and girls to work together and that children with diverse needs are included and supported equally;
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the children
• Record children session attendance, reporting any absences
• Identify children in need of referral and report the cases to the CP focal points;
• Provide report on the implementation of sessions to the line manager
• Submit daily time sheet to the line manager
• Participates in the trainings and follow up meetings conducted byUSPEaK and TDH IT team
• Contributes to the ongoing operations of the center in any other way required
