Trainer on Project Planning and Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Skills

We are looking to recruit two trainers, one male and one female that will work under a peace-building project implemented in Bab-Al-tabbneh Area in Tripoli by Utopia, and funded by IOM. Each of them will be responsible to deliver a set of two days training for one community group in the area, that will build their capacities in creating and implementing a project plan, in addition to developing their interpersonal and intrapersonal skills such as facilitation and presentation skills, teamwork and problem-solving. 

The Trainer will be responsible for

• Designing and implementing two-days training for the community group on business planning and implementation, presentation and facilitation skills, teamwork and problem-solving.
• Providing a written curriculum that describes the set of training in details, in addition to providing the soft copy of all the tools to be implemented in the workshops.
• Conducting pre and post evaluation for the community group.
• Supporting the group in identifying, planning, developing and implementing their social interventions.
• Provide a well-organized report on the flow of the training and the analysis of the evaluation.
• Support the peace-building consultant in other related manners.
