All interested bidder in this ITB are requested to
send an email with subject Reference INVITATION TO BID NO: C4W-2024-001 SUPPLY OF GROCERY, VEGETABLE AND
FRUITS to the following email address: Procurement.Wahafarah@gmail.com indicating the willingness to be a part of
this bid, this will enable you to receive any amendments or updates related to
this ITB.
Note: Any Financial documents
received by the bidder through email we'll be directly disqualified
TWO:
One sealed envelope
should be submitted in person and not by email to our Head office in Koura with
the inscription: INVITATION TO BID NO: C4W-2024-001 SUPPLY OF
GROCERY, VEGETABLE AND FRUITS Do not open before January 11, 2024 No other inscription
should be included on this envelope.
Envelope must include all the documents
mentioned in the ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS
REQUIRED BY WAHAT-AL-FARAH including Detailed
Specification including picture of the items proposed signed and stamped by the
bidder
Failure to submit
any of the above or comply with the instructions will disqualify the offer.
