SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

  • Bidders must submit their offers in person (no emails accepted) to the Head Office in Koura.

Envelope must be marked: RFQ#: C4W032/25 - Kitchen Tools
(No other inscription should appear on the envelope.)

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT

  • Completed, signed, and stamped RFQ form.
  • Data Sheet for each item proposed (signed and stamped).
  • Fully completed, signed, and stamped Financial Offer Form.
  • Copy of Company Registration Certificate.
  • Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
  • Technical Data Sheet for each item (mandatory).
