The admin/ coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of all trainings and administration of the Quality and Development department.
S/he has a delegated responsibility to contact internal and external focal points for training, on site coaching and follow up purposes.

Ensure that all training materials are available at all times
Position in the organisation
The Admin Coordinator reports to the Quality and Development manager.
Result areas
- Focal point for all training requests
- Create and maintain inventory of training needs within all programs
- Plan all QD trainings (DEALs, CS, CP, TPD, etc)
- Manage QD training agenda
- Coordinate all QD trainings, including arrangements for trainers
- Answer incoming mail asking requesting general information
- Collect QD budgetary information from all projects
- Manage QD budget (including training materials)
- Manage QD stock of (training) materials
- Create, organize and maintain an online and hardcopy database of all QD materials
- Assist in QD field visits
- Take minutes of all QD-staff meetings
- Update M&E materials and database
